Psalm 34:9-14

Fear the LORD, you his saints, for those who fear him lack nothing. The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the LORD lack no good thing. Come, my children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the LORD. Whoever of you loves life and desires to see many good days, keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking lies. Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.

Don't you sometimes wish you could imprint the word of the Lord on your brain so you can remember it when you need to?

Infact, I think that's one of the things the Holy Spirit does, reminds us of Gods word just at the right time. The problem comes when we have probably wandered away from the path God sets before us, and we don't hear Him so clearly anymore. None of us are immune from this. This is why it is so important for us to remain close to God, because without Him, it is easy to stray and not hear Him when we need to.
